Delivery and Return Policy
Procedure to follow upon receipt of the goods
Package Verification: In the presence of the carrier at the time of receipt of the packages, the recipient must check:
– The number of packages received compared to what is indicated on the carrier’s delivery note.
– The condition of the packages and their contents.
The recipient should only sign the delivery note after verifying the packages. The signature must include the delivery date, the signer’s legible name, and the company stamp.
In case of a dispute: The recipient must clearly note on the carrier’s delivery note:
– The missing package(s) compared to the delivery note.
– The level of damage to the goods.
Delivery Times: The usual delivery times, excluding holiday periods, are 15 business days from the day following the receipt of the order confirmation by GREENOFFICE, depending on stock availability.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
RETURNS
No product returns will be accepted by the customer without the prior express written consent of GREENOFFICE, which must be obtained, notably by email or fax.
In all cases, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
Our responsibility cannot be engaged if the sold products are transported or stored under abnormal conditions or conditions incompatible with their nature.
Upon receipt of the returned products, provided they are in new condition, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned goods.
